During the design process, after the requirements are defined, the project moves to the engineering stage where we will use the following process to create a working solution.

DEFINE AND REVIEW

We will take a deeper dive into the detailed mechanics of the project. We will also review the charging regime, circuit protection, and any safety or regulatory requirements.

PURPOSE AND COLLABERATE

We will provide customer with an initial idea and work with them to find the best solution.

CREATE

Based on our evaluation and collaboration with the customer and other experts, we will build a prototype.  

TEST AND MEASURE 

We will then test the battery for basic form, fit and function, as well as any specific customer needs such as high temperature, low temperature, vibration or any other project specific needs.

PRESENT AND CONFIRM

The customer will be supplied with the first article samples. The number of these will depend on the project type. These will be used by the customer for their own testing and approval.

PROVIDE AND PREFORM

Once Diversified Battery Manufacturing and the customer are satisfied with the result, we will provide them with drawings and quality assurance procedures for the battery. After customer approval, we will manufacture and monitor the output and use a Six Sigma approach to any issues that arise.
